Working From Home Starts By Being Smart

About working from home
Who does not want to work from home?
There have been millions of articles written on working from home, and
with the rise of the internet, many more opportunities are available.

As you know, finding a legitimate online business is very difficult and
can be a total waste of money if you invest in the wrong one.
Are there any legitimate income producing websites offered?
Are there any real work from home businesses to get into from a legitimate company?

Thing I don’t like
Like millions of others, I have been scammed by a few fraudulent companies and it is not a good feeling at all.
I won't go into the various online scam businesses available, but I will cover a few things I don’t like which will bring up a red flag and keep me from wasting my time and money.

·         I don’t like when I have to pay a large fee or any fee when I’m not sure what I am getting into.
·         I don’t like when I do a lot of reading about an opportunity and still don't know what the business is about.
·         I don’t like when they say you can start a business for free only to be required to pay something at the end of the ad.

Be smart
Make smart decisions when you choose which online business to go into.
·         Start off with small reasonable goals and increase your goals as your business becomes more successful.
·         Consider the time and money you will have to invest.
·         Choose a business that appeals to you, that way you will be passionate about promoting it.
·         Be determined to work in order to make the business successful.   Have that "I will do whatever it takes" attitude.
·         Research the company offering a business opportunity with a business scam monitoring site or the better business bureau.

Potential
Many people are working from home and doing their own online businesses successfully.  Work at home entrepreneurs number in the millions and it is reported that every 11 seconds someone starts a home based business that allows them to work via the internet.  According to Money Magazine, about 20% work at home businesses bring in a revenue of between 100k and 500k per year (1996 survey).
About 70% of home-based businesses will last over a three-year period, compared to 29% of other business ventures, according to the Home-Based Business Institute.
If you follow the tips above you will be in the 70% range.

Opportunities
Are there things around the house that you can sell?  My father happened to be a retired university golf coach and avid golf player.  He collected thousands of golf
balls over the years and I thought about selling them on eBay but ended up finding two online golf ball companies to sell 35,000 balls to.

Not many people have golf balls to sell, but maybe you can teach yourself a skill that will allow you to work from home.   Web design is a great field.  It can be time consuming to learn but if you are creative it can be for you.
Many affiliate programs. Thousands of companies are willing to let you sell their products or services as an affiliate, providing you with the opportunity to get an income producing site and work from home or wherever there’s an internet connection.

www.jwebtech.net offers several free income producing sites requiring no website skills and assistance signing up with free popular affiliate programs.
